A Palm Beacher through and through, Denise Anderson Hanley moved to PB with her family of six in the late 50's as a young child. She attended Palm Beach Private , now PB Day Academy, and except for prep school, college and summer vacations & travel, she has never left her tropical paradise.

Married to her high school sweetheart, Dan, they raised their two sons who currently both live here with their families and practice law like their dad.

Denise and Dan have been active members of their community serving on committees and boards of Palm Beach Atlantic University, The Bipolar Foundation, Peggy Adams Animal Rescue League, Hanley Foundation Center, The Salvation Army, The Palm Beach Rehabilitation Center, and Women in the Window, as well as being members of Family Church and 2 local social clubs.

Denise graduated from Mt Vernon Seminary, Briarcliff College, and received her Master's degree in Guidance and Counseling from Florida Atlantic University.

Denise and Dan never tire of walking all over town in PB and hiking in Maine during the summer months on Mt Desert Island with Chica their rescue chihuahua. Denise is also a water aerobics and dance enthusiast.

Denise truly knows Palm Beach and its extraordinary properties, inside and out, and loves nothing more than to give her customers grand tours and historical anecdotes to show off this world class gem , known as Palm Beach.
