Rosemary Clemens has lived in Florida as a snowbird since 1998 and has become a full-time resident over the last 5+ years. Originally from New York City she has worked as a research director for both elected political officials as well as major NYC health care organizations and has been faculty at both Fordham University and Cornell Medical College. She holds graduate degrees from New York University and Interior Design certification from The Parsons School of Design.
With her husband she has bought, renovated and managed historic homes in New York's Greenwich Village, Gramercy Park and Murray Hill as well as in Litchfield Connecticut, Sag Harbor and Sagaponack Long Island. She loves unique properties and has enhanced her design and renovation skills here on Palm Beach Island as well as West Palm Beach. She has lived abroad and served as president of the New York United Nations Association. She is a member of The Yale Club of New York City as well as The World Affairs Council and The Forum Club of the Palm Beaches.
