I call myself a Legacy in motion. After 43 years in Palm Beach real estate, I feel like a legend. I have been very blessed in the real estate business having sold 560 properties in the Palm Beaches. I have been guided by the hundreds of great Realtors I have met during my career, and the endless energy that God has blessed me with.



I consider myself a historian of the island's real estate with deep and complex knowledge of every single property. I might be the deepest data base on the subject of Palm Beach real estate. Among my noteworthy sales are the Gucci building on Worth Avenue, 40,000 sq.ft. retail space. The entire block that contained Chuck and Harold's restaurant, the large castle estate of Casa Nana, the famous Ham and Cheese house, all of Coquina stone, 1000 N. Lake Way, which I consider my annuity since I have sold it five times.



If I were to describe myself in 10 words, I would say; determined, interesting, action, fun, dedicated, snoopy, competitive, modest, boring and extremely smart.



What has attributed to my success, is hard work, day and night, luck and even more luck. I have been so honored to have had so many major clients. People from all over the world; singers, corporate giants, move stars and just plain working class. I love each and every one. I feel like my clients are my good friends and sometimes like family . I want all of them to love me after the deal is over.



The best day I ever had in real estate, was the day I passed my real estate exam and they give me a license. It is a wonderful life.
