Martin List holds State of Florida licenses as a Real Estate Broker and Community Association Manager. Mr. List supervises the company's real estate activities, including its brokerage, financing, investment, construction, leasing and property management services.

Marty is fully engaged in all facets of the real estate industry in South Florida including development, acquisitions and management. He is frequently called upon to represent financial institutions as an asset manager or to represent a variety of commercial transactions as a court appointed receiver (including non-real estate situations).

Marty is a community leader, serving for decades in leadership capacities for several educational and charitable organizations in the Palm Beaches. He served on the boards of many organizations in the Palm Beach area, including Palm Beach Day Academy, Morse Geriatric Center, Palm Beach Fellowship of Christians and Jews, and the Jewish Federation of Palm Beach County.
