Mr. Pickett has spent the last thirteen years in Florida working in real estate, including acting as an advisor to companies on distressed real estate and assets from 2007-2010. Prior to coming to Florida, Mr. Pickett was a Senior Managing Director of LaBranche and Company (NYSE-LAB), a Wall Street investment firm. In September 2010, Mr. Pickett started real estate brokerage firm Barrett Welles. In his five years as President and ]Managing Broker, Mr. Pickett represented clients in over $150 million of real estate transactions, including representing the buyer in 2014's largest transaction of $42.9 million. On October 1, 2015, Mr. Pickett merged Barrett Welles with Brown Harris Stevens., where he is now a Senior Broker Associate. Mr. Pickett is both an avid golfer and fisherman. He and his wife KC, who is an associate at Brown Harris Stevens, live in Lake Worth with their three Westies. Mr. Pickett is a graduate of Andover and Harvard University.
