With 11 years of experience as a brokerage manager, Debra Reece is a seasoned manager currently leading the Palm Beach and Singer Island offices of Sotheby's International Realty. Previously Debra led the Bridgehampton, New York office of Sotheby's International Realty. Together with the superb support team in Palm Beach she provides agents with all the tools and assistance needed to be effective and successful. Debra offers her unique brand of leadership, honed as a business executive and legal advisor, to the day-to-day operations and needs of the offices and agents. She is known for her integrity, quiet yet commanding style, and for the calm that she can bring to the storm. Independent sales associates can rely upon her unerring judgment, guidance, sense of humor, and optimism, all of which contribute to a productive and happy work environment. With a full-time dedicated marketing coordinator, an outstanding senior office administrator, and two highly proficient office administrators, Debra and the team work together to ensure that agents are offered ongoing expert marketing for listings, agent branding, and strong and reliable administrative support. She also offers continuous education on a variety of subjects of interest to the agents both formally and informally with a series of classes.
