Kelly possesses an intellectual drive to keep her thumb on the pulse of the market by utilizing real estate and securities research data including Douglas Elliman's quarterly sales reports. She strives to provide her clients with astute marketing strategies and relevant market data to make informed decisions and investments.

Kelly grew up in Palm Beach and Los Angeles spending summers at her family home in Newport, Rhode Island. She earned a B.A. in Art History from Tulane University in New Orleans and studied art history and architecture at The American University of Paris.
