I have made my home in Palm Beach County since 1997. Born and raised in the Midwest, prior residences include Pittsburgh, Dallas, St. Louis and Indiana.


I have been involved with property management and real estate for over 25 years and have an understanding of real estate in most of the Palm Beach County area, specializing in West, East and North Palm Beach County and further North into Martin County.


Co-owning and operating a property management business, I have hands-on, personal and professional high level knowledge of the real estate business and how it works as a whole. I've earned the right to claim this because of the amount of time I've been in the business and where I am at now. This all gives me the standard and experience of a high end real estate agent. I'm not a beginner or a novice in the real estate business. This has been my life, my core experience. Over the past few years, I have been in the top percentage of my real estate colleagues in volume of total value of real estate sold. I enjoy accolades for these accomplishments from my broker and fellow agents, especially while only acquiring my Florida real estate license in 2019. My plans are to continue this trend in real estate, as I truly enjoy this career and the opportunity to sell and list property in the Palm Beach area.
