Kemi began working in Palm Beach 3 years ago, as part of the $28 million Palazzo Villa development on Brazilian Avenue, on Palm Beach Island. While still allowing for some engagement in the Miami market, she intends to continue her professional focus in the exclusive Palm Beach real estate market. Kemi Lewu has a lifetime of knowledge in global cultures and luxury markets. She truly has an international flair after being born in London, and growing up in Japan and Brazil. She also spent over a decade in the luxury fashion industry, including a position as a Market Manager covering Mexico, Atlanta and Florida, for a luxury fashion house based in London.
Kemi's experience has prepared her to provide her clients with an all-encompassing relationship that would be considered a concierge experience. Her goal is building relationships, whether with clients, or with others involved in the process. In doing so, her experience has shown that this personal approach will produce the most fruitful transaction benefitting her clients' needs.
