Over the course of his career, Ryan has sold more than $5 billion in real estate and is known for breaking market records. In early 2021, he represented the buyer for the most expensive home sale ever in the state of Florida and the second most expensive single-family home sale in the United States for just under $140 million.
Ryan is an innovator, entrepreneur, producer, public speaker, author of two best-selling books, host of the iHeartRadio Original Podcast "Big Money Energy with Ryan Serhant," creator of the Sell it Like Serhant digital education course to teach others how to master the art of sales to succeed in any profession, and the star of multiple Bravo TV shows, including the two-time Emmy-nominated Million Dollar Listing New York. Ryan and SERHANT. are committed to operating with purpose and support causes that focus on bettering housing equality, health and, the city of New York; together, they have donated and dedicated resources to Feeding America, the Ali Forney Center, the NYC Sanitation Foundation, and Project Sunshine. In 2021, Ryan was named the national ambassador for the American Cancer Society's "Real Men Wear Pink" initiative, a campaign set for the month of October that enlists men to raise funds and awareness breast cancer research; Ryan wore pink every day in October, raised funds, and dedicated his global social platforms to spreading critical information to help fight the disease. In total, the 2021 campaign raised over $12 million.
