A little about myself and Posh Properties:

I am a southern California native, and I have called south Florida home for more than 20 years. During those years, I successfully represented buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants in the Delray Beach and surrounding areas. I have consistently been recognized as one of the top producers in the area, and am well respected among my industry peers. My years of experience and strong knowledge of the area's inventory and trends has increased my knowledge base and ability to listen, understand and provide the right marketing to sell your home and find the right property for your future home.

My previous career includes President of Medical Collection Services, Inc, leading to my appointment as a California State Receiver and as a Arizona State Appointed Trustee. I thoroughly understand the business of real estate, and am competent and knowledgeable in all areas of real estate transactions, including document and proposal preparation, lease negotiations, new builder sales, investment properties, auction, re-sales and both annual and seasonal rentals. I understand the real estate market, property values and how to successfully negotiate on your behalf.

In 2012, I successfully, opened and currently operate Posh Properties and have 3 offices and 32 active agents within my brokerage. I am on the Board of Directors for the College Bound Foundation, Chairman's Club Delray Beach Chamber, and many other local area charities and organizations. These affiliations continue to educate and inform me on the area's trends and developments.
