Jay was born and raised in New Jersey down by the shore. There, he did most of his growing up before heading down to the Carolinas to attend High Point University, earning a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with a focus in Sales. Upon graduation, Jay moved down to Palm Beach to start his professional career in the construction industry. He works as a Project Manager for Sciame Homes LLC, a custom-home builder on Palm Beach. Jay is both knowledgeable in the real estate, as well as construction sector of Palm Beach homes. When he's not practicing real estate or building luxury homes, Jay enjoys the outdoors by spending time at the beach or on a hiking trail with his dog, Oakley. Jay has a positive, fun aurora to him and possesses a strong work ethic. Working with him is a pleasurable experience.
