ABOUT NANCY
With over 35 years of experience in the residential real estate markets of New York and Florida, communication has been a key essential to Nancy Holland's successful career. Having graduated from the New York School of Interior Design in the seventies, Nancy has decorated numerous homes and as such has found much satisfaction in combining her talent of selling residential properties with her passion of customizing interiors. This in turn has led to her full time career in real estate, resulting in an influx of sales in several prominent buildings throughout New York and South Florida.

Her husband's business interests in Florida, are what allowed Nancy the opportunity to live in Palm Beach for six months out of the year, inspiring her to obtain her Florida Real Estate License. Originally from New York, Nancy found herself attracted to a wonderful lifestyle outside of Manhattan, which solidified her decision of making South Florida her permanent home; there were many substitutes for New York living, many of which Nancy felt could be shared with future customers.
