Patricia Towle's interest in real estate began years before becoming a Florida Realtor©. She negotiated her first property purchase – 17-acres of rolling Virginia pasture land – while in her early twenties. She has continued buying and selling property ever since.

In 2010, she was licensed as a Realtor Associate. Her dedicated work ethic, attention to detail, keen negotiating skills and insider knowledge of the local market quickly catapulted her to top producer status.

In 2018, her buyer's side closing of an historic oceanfront home in Ocean Ridge, Fl., for the full asking price of nearly $5 million, netted industry buzz. At around the same time, she was also recognized as one of the top 1,000 U.S. Sales Associates by NRT, a large residential brokerage company.

Prior to joining Sotheby's International Realty, Patricia worked for another brokerage in Manalapan, Fl., where she was an acknowledged luxury property expert. In August 2016, her listing and subsequent sale of a non-waterfront residence on Hypoluxo Island broke all previous dollar-per-square-foot price records.

She holds a BA in English Literature from a Virginia women's college and was listed in 'Who's Who Among Students in American Universities and Colleges'. She previously enjoyed a 30-year career in print journalism and writing -- working for publications such as the National Geographic, National Wildlife and American Media. She has lived and worked in London, Los Angeles, Washington, D.C. and Paris, where she was an Overseas Press Correspondent.

She frequently partners with Sotheby's International Realty agent Kourtney Pulitzer to list and sell prestige homes in the South Florida waterfront market.

Patricia lives on Hypoluxo Island, Fl. and in Charlottesville, Virginia, with two rescue animals and a Scotsman. She starts each and every day with a three-mile walk. Among her outside interests are yoga, animal rescue and the preservation of Florida's flora and fauna.
