Born and raised in South Florida, Greg Forest has built a career based on his impeccable local knowledge while executing and delivering real results earning him a reputation that is second to none. Prior to real estate, Greg's passion and talent for golf earned him numerous scholarships to top Division 1 colleges, where he eventually landed on the University of Central Florida. While at UCF, Greg earned First Team All-Conference, as well as a collegiate victory. After playing professionally for three years, Greg transitioned into real estate. His career began as an agent under the guidance of a top producing team in Jupiter, Fl. Catering to and negotiating for the team's clientele provided the adequate experience to catapult his career into the luxury market.



After six years working at top luxury brokerages across Palm Beach County, Greg joined Sotheby's International Realty as a Senior Global Real Estate Advisor. He has ranked among the top 100 agents in the company for his outstanding sales and achievements. Greg treats each buyer and seller with the full luxury experience. His skillful negotiation skills and fearless determination set him apart amongst competition.



Over the years, Greg has worked directly with several developers successfully selling out projects within The Palm Beaches. To maximize their profits, Greg has been integral in overseeing these projects from an architectural and design standpoint. He has successfully executed and sold multiple spec home and renovation properties. Greg's passion for architecture, design, and development provides a strong foundation from which to collaborate and serve diverse and distinguished clientele.



Greg is a member and student of a national real estate coaching company, where he sharpens his skills and tools at a high level of accountability in order to create a great client experience at all times. Greg calls West Palm Beach his home, where he lives with his rescue dog, Tuffy.
