The daughter of a prominent South Florida architect, Kim Raich was born and raised in the Palm Beach area where she has practiced real estate for 30 years. Kim's husband, Nick Raich, Jr., is a local builder with over 25 years of experience in remodeling and new construction of custom homes. Working together they have helped many clients make sound investments or see their dream homes materialize.
