Stephanie Lefes, Broker Associate, has been a full-time resident of Palm Beach for over 28 years and has a broad knowledge of waterfront condos and residential estates on the island and its surrounding communities. Stephanie's National Association of Realtors designations include Certified International Property Specialist and GRI certification. Additionally, many of her clients have been globally referred and are locally international.

As a broker, Stephanie opened her own real estate brokerage office in Palm Beach in 2004. Currently with Sotheby's International Realty, she continues to be passionately involved in every transaction with enthusiasm and attention to detail. Stephanie feels that listening to her clients' needs and requests is one of the highest priorities and leads to the best results, and her referral business has been strong for that very reason. She recognizes the importance of broad marketing including print, online, and social media. During the off-season, as a seller, her marketing area can include feeder markets such as Canada, New York, Massachusetts and other states where some of her client base returns to for the season.

Prior to her career in real estate, Stephanie worked in cardiac surgery as a cardiac nurse specialist with Dr. Michael De Bakey, as well as an independent manufacturer's representative for implantable cardiac pacemakers and heart valves in Texas.
