Beginning her real estate career in 2001, Ingrid's personal successes led her to management in just three short years. Widely regarded as a supportive and motivational mentor who always leads by example, her all-encompassing command of the market, grasp of new technologies and ability to inspire those around her has led to recognition as the leader of Elliman's top producing offices in Boca Raton and Delray Beach, where sales have tripled since 2016, and has achieved top of the market share across Palm Beach County.
While the tremendous growth of her offices has cemented Ingrid's place in the top echelon of South Florida Brokers, perhaps her biggest source of pride lies in her ability to help others realize their true potential and attain maximum results. As a seasoned coach, trainer and advocate for her teams, Ingrid's steadfast commitment to those she works with consistently empowers and encourages as they pursue success in real estate, overdelivering for their clients and continuously raising the bar in today's ultra-competitive industry. Additionally, Ingrid is deeply connected to her community and is active in many philanthropic events and organizations including serving as the Chair of Douglas Elliman's charitable arm, Elliman Shares, as well as Habitat for Humanity, ReStore, Boys and Girls Clubs of America, St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, Save the Ocean and Boca's Promise for mental health awareness.
Ingrid has served as a Director for The Miami Association of Realtors®, Governor for the Broward Council of the Miami Association of Realtors®, State Director for the Miami Association of Realtors® and Florida Realtors® and has served as mediator and on arbitration panels for the Miami Association of Realtors®.
The proud mother of three, Ingrid grew up on the beautiful waterways that surround and intersect her native South Florida community. An avid boater and runner, she enjoys maintaining a healthy and active lifestyle and sharing all of the details that make living in South Florida so special with her family, friends, colleagues and clients. Today, Ingrid makes her home in Lighthouse Point.
