Passionate about real estate and design, Lily Zanardi is an award-winning Associate Broker who specializes in luxury sales in the high-end Miami Beach, Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne, Surfside and Bal Harbor markets in Florida. She has excelled in residential sales for over 35 years, starting her career in 1984 with Coconut Grove Realty, and affiliating herself with other top-tier brokerage firms to optimize service for her discerning clients.
When first venturing into real estate, Lily simultaneously served as the owner of a high-end Italian design and furniture showroom, Stilnovo, based in Coral Gables. In 1990, she was approached to do an interior design project in Moscow, Russia, which became a huge success as the city's first new American-style restaurant, named Santa Fe. Lily went on to design five other restaurants and a nightclub in Moscow and St. Petersburg, always maintaining her real estate license.
In 1999 she returned to Miami Beach, joining Wimbish Riteway Realty that was later Coldwell Banker. She earned a coveted ranking as a Top 3% Previews Agent, all while opening and managing Bolero restaurant in South Beach. In 2004, Lily sold the business to focus solely on real estate. She remained with Coldwell Banker for 10+ years, until 2014 when she was hired as the Florida Managing Broker for Trump International Realty.
Lily was responsible for recruitment and business development for the Miami office located at Trump Golf Club in Doral, and headed the design, build-out and recruitment of agents for a new office at The Trump Golf Club in Jupiter.
Her ultimate move was to The Corcoran Group at the end of 2017. Lily is a real estate broker/sales professional extraordinaire, who also assists with business development. She enjoys and is heavily involved in assisting clients in the purchase and sale of luxury properties throughout South Florida.
