Kathryn Badal was born and raised in Chicago, Illinois. Ms. Badal holds a BA in English Literature from Loyola University.

Licensed in real estate since 1999, Kathryn began her career on the famed Worth Avenue in Palm Beach with a focus on both residential and commercial real estate. Driven by a strong work ethic forged in the Midwest, Kathryn has the ability to quickly establish client rapport, earning trust and engaging in ongoing relationships resulting in repeat business and referrals. Prior to real estate, Kathryn spearheaded a national domestic marketing program within the Travel Development department of a major car rental company headquartered in Chicago . This campaign was in response to a corporate mandate for implementation across its licensee and corporate locations network. As Manager of Meetings & Conventions, she developed a comprehensive multi-platform marketing model including a preferred partnership with American Airlines. Kathryn successfully transitioned into the publishing business, specializing in media sales with Fortune 500 companies within the hospitality sector for top national B2B NY based magazines for over a decade. Exceptional interpersonal, organizational & communication skills enabled her to develop, manage and expand a 17 state territory with consistent growth & high retention

An avid reader and theater goer, Kathryn also enjoys music, diverse cuisine and the arts. Participation in the Chicago chapter of Make-a-Wish and serving in an after school tutoring program are just a couple of her passions in paying it forward. She has also conducted interviews & written a number articles for publication.
