With over 30 years of experience, Gary Little brings his extensive expertise to assist buyers and sellers in navigating the Palm Beach real estate market.

At the University of Kansas, Gary Little studied Commercial Design, earning a Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts. Upon graduating, Gary secured a job as Assistant Art Director with Better Homes and Gardens Magazine's parent company, Meredith Publishing. Years later, Gary patriotically interrupted his career to enter the Army where he proudly served our country.

After an honorable discharge from the Army, he returned to Meredith Publishing Company to work in marketing at Better Homes and Gardens' Book Division. After many achievements with Better Homes and Gardens, Gary moved back to Kansas City, where he pursued his career in Interior Design, forming his own design firm, Delaware Interiors.

After many successful years in business, Gary sold his firm and moved to Palm Beach, entering the real estate business in one of the world's most exclusive markets. To date, Gary is not only one of the top real estate agents in Palm Beach, but is also a resident of the exclusive island. Gary was involved in the successful sale of acclaimed architect Addison Mizner's landmarked 1200 South Ocean Boulevard.
